See your organization sponsored during a 15-minute break at the conference!

  • During this break, your business logo will be featured on conference presentation screens and your business will be recognized prior to the break as a RMCC Sponsor. You will also have the opportunity to share a 30-60 second video advertisement at this time.

  • You will receive all the benefits of being a vendor:

    • Vendor spaces are 8X4 and include 1- 6 foot table and chair. You may add 1 additional table for an additional 10.00 if needed - Due to space, there is a 2 table maximum.

  • Vendor Setup Times:

    • Wednesday 10/23/2024 from 4-6 pm

    • Thursday, 10/24/2024 from 6-7:30 am

  • RMCC is asking vendors to provide their own meals. This will allow us to keep the Vendor fee the same as the previous year.
