Throughout the years being on the RMCC committee, I have been fortunate to establish many new relationships, professionally and personally. I enjoy the networking it has allowed me to have with other healthcare professionals. I love how the RMCC committee knows how to have a blast!

My sister and I married brothers! Our 3rd baby boys were born 3 hours apart, one in Montana and one in Japan. So while they were only hours apart their birthdays are on different days!

I love seeing nurses come together from all over the state and share what best practices they are working on and what we can learn from each other to take back to our sites. The passion and drive nurses have after attending RMCC to make changes is powerful.
